Section 32
Dealing in securities
: (1) When a public company issues its securities to the general public, such securities shall be transacted only through a recognized securities dealer for all activities such as sale, distribution, and recovery of funds.
(2) A copy of the agreement entered into by the public company in connection with securities transactions through any institution shall be given to the office within seven days from the date of such agreement.
